Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please get in touch with us via sales@rugloft.co.uk or 01420 587262.

If you return the rug to us within 7 days, we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative product from our showroom. You must return the rug complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. We do not accept rugs back which have been damaged or soiled.
